HOW TO - Invite students to your wiki - without using student emails

1. Ask your students to go to yourwikiname.pbwiki.com
2. If you have a private wiki, the screen will ask them to enter in your wiki invite key - this is the wikiwide password
3. Have them enter the invite key
4. Enter in their name
5. Enter in a fake email address-  PBWiki does not verify email address for educator accounts so it does not matter that your student has a fake email

This only works with PBWIKI 1.0  (am I wrong?) what about version 2.0?
